Mental Health and Mindful Living

The third Saturday of the month has arrived again and with it yet another insightful and engaging “member’s talk”. February was enriched by Lena’s talk on Mental Health and Mindful Living which also included a nice discussion at the end. The talk delved into 6 qualities that are very helpful in cultivating good mental health and aid every day mindful living. They are essential to our Buddhist practice and they are namely: generosity, ethics, patience, effort, meditation and wisdom.
